About Zarnea
What is Zarnea?
Zarnea designs clothing from the natural architecture of the body. Every garment begins with proportions engineered specifically for women 5'9" and above — not as an extension of a standard size, but as its own foundation. Inseams, rises, sleeve lengths, torso measurements, and silhouettes are developed specifically for height, creating balance, proportion, and ease throughout the garment. Each piece is made to order after purchase.
Who is Zarnea made for?
Zarnea is designed for women 5'9" and above. Every inseam, sleeve length, rise, torso measurement, and silhouette is proportioned for the tall frame from the beginning of the design process. Our goal is simple: clothing that meets the body where it is, rather than asking the body to adapt.
Can I order if I'm under 5'9"?
Anyone is welcome to purchase Zarnea. However, our garments are intentionally designed around the proportions of women 5'9" and above. Because the patterns are developed specifically for taller frames, the fit may differ from what is intended on shorter bodies.
Ordering
How does the made-to-order model work?
Your order enters production within 1–3 business days of purchase. Crafting takes approximately 30–45 business days, followed by a studio quality inspection before dispatch. Every piece is made individually and leaves only after final approval.
Why is Zarnea made to order?
Because precision takes time. Producing each piece after it is ordered allows us to maintain our construction standards, reduce excess production, and create garments with the attention they deserve.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your piece enters production and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Do you offer payment plans?
All orders require full payment at checkout. Payment installment options are not currently available.
I'm between sizes. What should I do?
Email concierge@zarneaswim.com before ordering with your measurements. We'll recommend the size best suited to your proportions.
Sizing
How is Zarnea sizing different?
Zarnea begins with the proportions of women 5'9" and above. Every inseam, sleeve length, torso measurement, rise, and garment length is designed specifically for height from the first pattern onward — not extended from a standard fit.
What fabric is used in the Active collection?
The Active collection is crafted using Zarnea's proprietary fabric library: Motion Air, Motion Form, Motion Mesh , and Motion Sculpt. Each textile was developed for a distinct balance of movement, support, softness, and breathability.
Do your pieces run true to size?
Yes, when measured against our size charts. We recommend taking your measurements before ordering rather than going by what you wear in standard sizing.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be introduced in a future chapter.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Production takes 30–45 business days. Once your piece ships, standard domestic delivery is 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your order dispatches.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or buyer's remorse. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at concierge@zarneaswim.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.
