Because every Zarnea piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference. We encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order. If you need help finding your fit, contact us at concierge@zarneaswim.com before purchasing — we're here for it.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@zarneaswim.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your piece has entered production and cannot be cancelled.

All preorder and sale items are final sale.

Refund Policy
Made to Order
Zarnea operates on a made-to-order model. Every piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, or buyer's remorse. We ask that you review our size charts carefully and reach out to us at concierge@zarneaswim.com before purchasing if you have any questions about fit.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances only:
Defective or damaged items — If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs documenting the issue. We will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect items — If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send the correct item.
Order cancellation within 24 hours — If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method. After 24 hours your piece has entered the production queue and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
International Orders
Duties, taxes, and import fees paid at customs are non-refundable by Zarnea. For questions about recovering these fees, contact your local customs authority.
Preorder & Sale Items
All preorder and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
