Production and shipping timelines are listed on each product page and reflect the time required to construct your piece with care—not speed.
Production
Zarnea operates on a made-to-order model.
Orders enter production within 1–3 business days of purchase and are crafted over the production timeline listed on the product page. Once complete, every piece undergoes a final quality inspection before dispatch.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

International
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that Zarnea is not responsible for customs delays.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your dispatch confirmation, please contact concierge@zarneaswim.com.
