Every Zarnea piece is made after your order is placed. Please review our timelines below before completing your purchase.

Production & Processing

Zarnea operates on a made-to-order model. Your order enters production within 1–3 business days of purchase and is crafted over 30–45 business days. Once production is complete, your order undergoes a studio quality inspection before it ships.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Domestic (U.S.) Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch Expedited options available at checkout

International Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Zarnea is not responsible for customs delays.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation, contact us at concierge@zarneaswim.com.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order. Zarnea cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrectly entered address.
