Refund policy

Made to Order

Every Zarnea piece is made specifically for the person who ordered it.

Nothing is produced for a shelf. Nothing is made in excess. Production begins after your order is placed and every garment is constructed to the proportions it was designed to honor.

Because of this, we encourage every purchase to be made with intention.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or change of mind.

Please review the Size Guide carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance choosing your size, contact concierge@zarneaswim.com before purchasing.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact concierge@zarneaswim.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

• Defective items
• Damaged items
• Incorrect items received
• Orders cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


International Orders

Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded by Zarnea.

For questions regarding these fees, please contact your local customs authority.


Final Sale

All preorder and sale items are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
