When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines are listed on each product page. They reflect the actual time needed to make your piece — not an estimate built around speed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. We encourage every order to be placed with intention.
Will I be updated during the process?
You'll receive updates at every stage — confirmation, production, completion, and dispatch — so you'll always know where your piece is.
Why preorder rather than buy in stock?
Because your piece should not have been waiting on a shelf before you arrived. It should be made for you, after you.
What if I'm unsure about sizing?
Every Zarnea silhouette is designed specifically for tall proportions (5'9" and above). We recommend reviewing the Size Guide before ordering. If you need help choosing your size, contact us at concierge@zarneaswim.com before placing your order.
